Apple CEO Steve Jobs has clarified he is suffering from weight loss and hormone imbalance in a press release and says he will get well soon, putting to rest baseless rumors about his health.
Apparently Steve had undergone rare pancreatic cancer surgery in 2004 and later declared cured. Rumors stressed that weight loss meant that maybe the pancreatic cancer symptoms were recurring.
"As many of you know, I have been losing weight throughout 2008. The reason has been a mystery to me and my doctors. A few weeks ago, I decided that getting to the root cause of this and reversing it needed to become my #1 priority."
